The launcher isn't an app menu — it's your polymer. The default view is what's running: your live compartments as bonded hexagons, in their trust colors, with the one temporary bond (your agent's task grant) counting down in teal. Click a compartment to raise its windows; the whole security structure of your session is one glance. Below, "Add a compartment" is how you launch — you're not opening an app, you're adding a monomer to the polymer, and its trust tier and memory behavior are shown before it ever starts. The search bar takes an app name or plain intent ("edit this PDF safely"), and the system picks the right compartment. A concept render in the PolymerOS design language.
